Loved having freshly prepared and enjoyable breakfast.
The room on the top floors. The food was fine with variety of alternatives. The hotel had a very central location in museums. The free parking was on-site, outstanding service...

Thoroughly enjoyed this terrific accommodation with courteous staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was enjoyable with absolutely amazing food, the best I had in Jerusalem. The atmosphere created was family! The location was marvellous and the room was clean. There was a train station walk from the hotel.

The hotel's location was superb, close to transportation and major sites.
The noise levels were unbearable. I could hear every disturbance from the hallway. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower pressure barely trickled out enough to rinse the soap off. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, with canned fruits dominating the offerings in a country known for its fresh produce.

Cool property with amazingly nice staff and magnificent location close to all within minutes from the Central Bus stop. Location very close to the bus station & lot of parking place as well as next to the light trail station.

Centally located, hearty breakfast, excellent service.
Entrance from street has too many steps, especially when arriving on foot with luggage.

Location, close to the center.
Breakfast. The dishes aren't very clean. There's variety, no flavor, all dishes are cold, even early in the morning.

Had a great time! The food was amazing with a huge variety at breakfast and dinner, and the housekeepers did a fantastic job keeping our room tidy. However, the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as I expected.

Excellent staff. Clean and friendly, very helpful staff, especially lady on the desk who went the extra mile to help us contact Yad Sarah to sort out a wheel chair. The hotel is next to Jaffa street and the Tram gives easy access to easy access to city centre and old city.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the center, so we easily explored the Arab Souk Market and Mamilla Mall. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Plus, the free parking was a nice perk! Breakfast offered a good variety.
One downside was the rude service at the reception in the evenings. They weren't very cute, a bummer.
